Hunter Biden jokingly calls himself '48.6% gay' in interview with Luke Beasley

Hunter Biden, the son of former US President Joe Biden, jokingly claimed that he is “48.6% gay.” This occurred during an interview with progressive political commentator Luke Beasley, published on August 17.

During the conversation, Beasley, an openly gay man, asked Biden Jr. if he was homosexual. Hunter Biden replied, “Only a little bit.” When asked to clarify if it was more or less than 50%, he gave the figure 48.6%.

According to LGBTQ Nation , Beasley also asked if he would be Biden’s type if Biden were actually gay. Hunter replied negatively, noting that he would prefer someone “a little bit more masculine.” In response, the host showed a 2019 photo of the two men hugging at a political event. Biden explained that the photo was taken before he became sober. When Beasley asked, “So when you were an addict, I was more attractive?”, Biden jokingly replied, “Much.”

Later in the interview, Beasley asked Biden if he was a painter, and upon receiving an affirmative answer, jokingly called it a sign of homosexuality, adding that painters like “rainbow colors.” Hunter Biden played along, stating that after this conversation his “gaydom” level dropped by one percentage point, although it later returned to 48.5%.

Beasley edited these moments into a short video titled “Tracking Hunter Biden’s gayness throughout our interview,” adding a humorous gauge to the screen.

These comments came about a month after Hunter Biden’s appearance on The Don Lemon Show, where he claimed that there are many closeted homosexuals among Republican politicians living in Washington, D.C., though he refused to name any specific individuals.
